perfect vision

Maintaining good vision is very important, as much as 80% of the information you obtain from the world around you is received through your eyesight! The history of natural eye correction dates back to Dr. William Bated who was born in 1860 and died in 1931. He was a distinguished eye surgeon who was not happy with the fact that glasses were used as a standard for curing visual impairment.

Over the millennia our eyes have changed in keeping with the way we live our lives. Hunter, gatherers of the past used their eyes for both long distance and close examination at all times, for example looking into the distance in search of food or enemies, and in the next breath closely examining a berry filled bush. This kept the eye muscles agile which in turn allows for keen vision.

Times changed, particularly with the industrial revolution, and today people spend many hours immobile with their eyes fixed on a specific task. The eye muscles no longer receive the type of exercise they require to keep agile and many unnecessary eye problems occur.

Dr. Bates spent many years researching vision, he concluded that strain in the eyes was caused by mental strain or stress and poor lifestyle. This led to ocular dysfunction such as double vision, blurriness, sensitivity to light and other problems. He also spent time studying people with perfect sight and noted that the function of the eyes was different.

The outcome of his studies led him to treat his patients by teaching them to relax and also vision training . The outcome of this was that the visual brain and eyes were often restored to maximum potential.

His techniques have spread and are still used world-wide, many people have improved and regularly perfected their vision by means of his methods. He wrote a book for this purpose called "Better Eyesight without Glasses" which is published by Grafton Press.

Maybe natural vision improvement can help to improve the health of the eye. For obvious cosmetic reasons you need to work on getting this disease reversed. But you also have many other reasons to do this and they are highly important.

Did you know that gum disease is caused by bacteria that are attack the tissue in your mouth? If not, you do now, and that’s what will lead to possible loss of teeth, or more medical problems. Gingival disease has been linked to causing heart disease, and even respiratory disease. If you have gum disease and/or bad breath, try the therabreath products and see if they will help you. 

But too it is shown to cause low birth weights in infants who’s mothers have smoked during pregnancy.

I recall that a few years ago when I was first learning about desire and the Law of Attraction and Universal Energy. One very important understanding that wasn’t made clear to me was the understanding of “unrestricted” desire. A Law of Attraction life coach can assist you in clarifying that. I did not appreciate how to have a want that is in the energy of really loving, appreciating and expecting to have what I strove to create. I wanted a lot of stuff in my life, it is just that I had a lot of resistance to attaining these desires that I was not aware of. Thus, I had could not recieve my want. I falsely understood that you were required sweat and work really hard for a long time for anything I wanted. I believed you was required to prove yourself worthy of the achievement of my want.

I started to hear all pertaining to how we could create with the energy of the Universe, or the energy of God and that God wanted us to have every good thing. That went well with me. Actually, in my heart of hearts I knew that God truly desired me and every one of its creations to live unhindered and be outrageously well. After all, I thought, that is the very nature of God. But I never really heard about HOW to pick up or line up with what I desired in a way that let it to be me.

Remind yourself – Did Jesus not teach these teachings? Ask, believing you have received and it will be given to you. Hmmmm. Something was out of place and I wanted to figure out how it was that we could truly have what we want in life. And as a viewer of my free video, I realize you want the same questions answered.

So my experience in this mindset is that if you have been desiring something – and you have been desiring it for a long time as of now – then you have acquired some resistance going on in your want. The key is to clean up this negative energy in the emotion and want. You get rid of the resistance by visualizing and feeling ‘as if’ what you desire is already in existence. Clear out the resisting energy and the manifestation must occur. Relationship life coaching using the Law of Attraction are the most effective solutions I know of that get effective results fast.

I have recently given a home to a dog called Cassie. She was living in a local animal sanctuary and as soon as I saw her I knew that she was the dog for me and my family. At the outset she was rather wild – to say the least. Cassie would be desperate to get to other dogs, not so much to hurt them but more to have some fun. This however was something that the owner of these other dogs were not too keen with and I received many a dirty look etc. I am now pleased to report that Cassie is starting to calm down, just a bit, and is very much enjoying her new surroundings. In this article I write about the reasons why I believe more people should own a dog and the benefits it can bring to ones life.

I do not personally work with pets in any form; I am actually involved with various projects to do with fostering services UK, web promotion and offering online guitar lessons for beginners.

Cassie is now very happy in her new surroundings and shows this happiness in many forms. She is very loving and very loyal. I have two children and she really enjoys playing with them, especially ball type games, however has never become over aggressive with them. Some people state that a dog is a mans best friend and even though I possibly would not go that far, Cassie is somebody I enjoy spending a lot of time with.

In some peoples opinion taking a dog for regular walks would be one of the reasons why they might choose not to own one. I actually really enjoy taking Cassie on her walks as it gives me a chance to clear my head, to meet other people and is a really useful form of exercise. I always take a tennis ball on our walks and she is now becoming an expert at catching this ball after the first bounce and even at times without the ball bouncing at all. She wags her tail in enjoyment and this also fills me with a feeling of pleasure.

During the evening after another one of her long walks, she settles down in the living room and cuddles up to go to sleep. Cassie is now another member of our family and I am sure that she feels this as she curls up for little snooze. She always looks so contented as she starts to dream, I often think that she would have probably have dreamt of living in such an environment when she was living in the animal sanctuary. I hope that her dreams have come true.

Cassie has become a great companion to the members of my family including myself. She is a great listener and never answers back, unlike my children and wife.

I would certainly recommend other people to give a dog a home. It may cost you some money in the way of dog food and may take up some of your time in the form of dog walking. This is a very small price to pay however for the rewards which the dog is likely to bring you.

Companionship, loyalty, happiness as well as the health benefits of exercise via the regular dog walking are just some of the reasons why I love owning Cassie.
