Gingivitis is a general term used to describe inflammation of the gums. This is caused by the growth of bacteria between the teeth and the gums. These bacterial biofilms (plaque and tartar) can be minute; in fact they can be microscopic and still cause this type of inflammation. Halitosis or bad breath is one of the side effects of this inflammation and although having bad breath is not life-threatening, it is able to cause embarrassment, social isolation and low self-esteem.

If gingivitis is left to worsen, deep cavities between the teeth and the gums are formed. It can affect the bone of the jaws which support the teeth meaning the teeth become loose and will more than likely require extraction. An ozone generator may be of great value in this regard. It is vital therefore to ensure that the teeth are correctly maintained, in order to prevent severe infection from happening.

Regular teeth brushing aside, it is important to regularly visit your dental hygienist or dentists to have your teeth professionally cleaned. When the dentist cleans your teeth they remove the plaque. You may be able to reduce the plaque build up through use of an oral irrigator. Once this has been removed the cause of the inflammation is also removed.

Plaque takes approximately three months to grow again, so if you have recurring bouts of gingivitis, you will probably be advised to have your teeth professionally cleaned every 3 – 4 months. The norm is every 6 months, but it may be necessary to do this on a more regular basis in order to prevent re-infection. One useful device is the hydro floss, which should not be confused with the hydro pulse – they are two different instruments. Tartar is able to start forming again as little as 24 hours after you have had your teeth professionally cleaned.

A well developed gingivitis condition is able to cause all kinds of problems. The bacteria can infect the gums and even enter the bloodstream. You may not even notice this happening but if this bacteria enters the bloodstream the body can become prone to varying general inflammations. Links have been found between this condition and pancreatic cancer, long term heart disease, arteriosclerosis and osteoporosis. Although a citation is required, we have even seen that gingivitis has a connection with low birth weight and pre-term births.

Importance of Body Language In An Attraction

Communication will never be effective without body language. Words only make out 7% of the communication process and speech particulars (voice, intonation, pacing) make out 38%. The rest of the 55% comes from the body gestures, movements, and facial expressions.

The first signs of attraction that a person usually sends to another comes from the body, not the mouth. Actions do indeed speak louder than words. Body language is significant in attraction because most of us are hesitant in telling our inner feelings. So why not let our bodies speak for us?

Common Signs Of Attraction

One can show his or her attraction to another person through eye contact. A brief eye contact may not mean anything, but if it would last longer than it should, it may be a definitive sign of attraction. Note if he would look back as well. Even though your eye met for a few seconds but if he would not look back again, it means he may not be attracted to you.

Simple gestures of smiling and closing the distance between both of you are strong signals of attraction as well. That person would tend too lean forward or the direction of his or her body would be towards you. Touching from time to time is also a way of showing this feeling; sometimes he or she would accidentally brush against you just to have that physical contact.

The Most Attractive Body Language

A confident body language could always attract anybody from any gender. It is rare for somebody who prefers a person with a poor posture and mishandled gestures; these signify low self-esteem and lack of self-confidence.

Show confidence by giving a firm handshake, maintaining a good posture, and proper use of gestures. These reflects a high self-image. Develop these practice of body language, and you will be successful in meeting new people.

Difference Of Men And Women

Men and women definitely have different ways of showing each other how they feel. Women usually show more obvious signs. They would try to make themselves look more attractive by adjusting their clothes, smoothening the skirt, and the like. They would twirl or play with their hair, cross and uncross their legs, and rock their leg back and forth with the sandal hanging on the toes. These are playful gestures but they are effective signals of attraction.

On the other hand, men would show their prowess by showing off their masculinity through their “macho” posture. This posture is done by standing taller and squaring the shoulders back. Some men would hook their thumbs into their belt to emphasize their masculinity more. Unconscious gestures done by men when interacting with the person they are attracted to include touching the tie and raising the eyebrows.

It Could Be A Waste Of Time

After giving hints that you are into this person, how would you know if he or she is not attracted to you? A person, consciously or unconsciously, could give signs saying, “No. I really am not interested.” If a person can’t tell you directly through words, then look for signs from his or her body language.

Lack of eye contact, forced or fake smiles, frequent sighing, looking around except at you, and the like – if you are given these signals of annoyance or lack of interest, then consider it as a waste of time.

The first and foremost advice on healing a broken heart is to allow yourself enough time to grieve. It will not help if you try to bottle everything up and continue as if everything is normal. You may experience a myriad of feelings with a broken heart that may include tearfulness, anger or low self esteem. Express these feeling and accept that it is perfectly normal.

A change of setting is often a very good way to heal. If you can, take a vacation or at least go away for a few consecutive weekends. If you are not particularly attached to your residence you can think about moving and you can also think about a new job. You don’t have to be this drastic, you can also consider joining a club or starting a new class just to put yourself in a new situation.

Exercise is a surprisingly good medicine for a broken heart. By keeping physically active your body will release endorphins; a natural chemical that makes us feel better. Being physically fit may also help build your self esteem.

One of the worse things you can do if you are trying to heal a broken heart is to turn into a recluse. You may not feel like seeing people especially if your broken heart is coupled with humiliation. However, too much time too yourself will just enable you to nurse bad feelings and your broken heart may quickly turn into depression. Spend time with friends and loved ones and share with them what you are going through. A problem shared is a problem halved and you will soon find yourself on the road to recovery.

In healing a broken heart you should always remember that life is a journey. It has hills and valleys. You may be in a valley right now but you have got to keep on going. If you allow yourself to get stuck you might not reach your true destiny and that would be the real tragedy. They say that time is the best healer and when you elect to continue with your life as best you can, you will discover that it is.

Coping after a break up can be extremely difficult, especially if you were not the one who initiated the split. You’ll be experiencing all kinds of negative emotions in the days immediately following the break.

Rejection, low self-esteem, anger, and depression are all common feelings that break ups can produce, and you may even feel all of them at once. Just know that it’s okay, and that you’re perfectly normal. That knowledge alone should help you out a great deal in handling your situation. Here are some other tips for keeping sane and coming out better than ever if you’ve been dumped:

1.  Do something distracting. Staying in bed and crying all day after a break up isn’t going to help you. In fact, it’s going to make you feel even worse. Give yourself one day TOPS for moping, then get out of the house and do something. Even if you don’t feel like it, you’ve got to force yourself.

It doesn’t matter what you do, as long as it’s not something that reminds you of your ex. Try to choose an activity you enjoy, like going to the beach or shopping at the mall. If you can find a friend or two to bring with you, all the better, as friends will help cheer you up. Do something fun every day until you feel better.

2.  Be social. Try to put yourself in places where other people will be, and make sure you will have opportunities for interacting with those people. Being social not only will distract you from your sad feelings, it will also help you re-learn what it’s like to enjoy yourself without your ex, and will put you in a better position to meet someone new when you’re ready. Join a club, go to religious services, attend parties–whatever you can think of that involves groups of people having a good time.

3.  Dress up so you feel attractive. When you feel good about your appearance, you’ll turn heads, and seeing all those people noticing you will make you realize you have a lot to offer and that your ex was a fool for leaving.

4.  Avoid contact with your ex until you’re over the hump of the break up. Don’t call, email, tex, visit, or even send a letter. That will just bring up all those old feelings of sorrow and depression again. Once you know you’re over it, then you can give your ex a call to see how he’s doing, if you even still want to at that point.

In most cases, break ups occur for good reasons. If your relationship has ended, you probably dodged a bullet and just don’t know it yet. However, some relationships do deserve a second chance, especially ones that ended for stupid reasons (like lack of communication) or misunderstandings.

After the break up, once you’ve been on your own for a few weeks and are thinking more rationally, take an objective look at your former relationship and decide if you’re better off without your ex, or if the two of you really should try again. If you think you still have a future with your ex, you’ll need help getting him back, and the best thing you can do is to follow a proven plan.

I want to share with you a very effective system in winning back the heart of your lover after a break up. This proven system has helped thousands of couples reunite and I’m sure it can help you too.
