I’m looking for a present for my Nan that is going to be treasured for many years to come.
Unfortunately she lives in a very tiny flat so it has to be something small. I considered a lovely jewellery piece, but if the truth be told, she has such an abundance of jewellery that I have decided against this.
I’m looking at getting her something that is going to be special and unique for her.
Suddenly out of the blue it struck me, why not book a session with our local Brighton Photographer. He did a brilliant job on my wedding photography, so I know we would be well looked after and he will get some great photos.
I don’t want one of those stuffy pictures where they make the family over to look like the most perfect family ever. I don’t want us all to be made over so that we don’t look normal. I want him to capture the real us, as we are everyday – warts and all. After all, we are who we are and no amount of fancy makeup and clothing is going to change this.
That’s one more present done and dusted, now if only I could sort out everybody else’s I could maybe relax and begin to take it easy.
There is no chance of that at work at the moment as my boss has just asked me to look into sorting out some commercial photography on our office block. It would seem that we are getting together a new portfolio and he wants some fantastic photographs. As though that wasn’t bad enough, my niece has just announced she is getting married in February and needs to sort out her photography. Naturally she wants the best Sussex Wedding Photographer, so I have put my photographers name forward.I am certain he will do a brilliant job. I just hope he isn’t already booked as the wedding is only a matter of weeks away. It’s strange she is suddenly in a hurry to get married, it’s got me wondering if she is keeping something quiet!!

The hobby of photography is definitely one big hobby with a lot of people. Basically, people love to capture photos of anything and in any occasion.Sometimes people who are real amateurs pick up a knack for taking pictures. But how do you know if you should become a professional photographer or if you are good enough.Today that is exactly what this article will look at.
First of all you have to decide what type of photography you want to do. There are obviously many different fields you can go into but you definitely need to get into something you enjoy. That is what definitely led me to do many wedding photography. As a San Diego photographer it has allowed me to take photos of an event that I love. So you really want to look into what you enjoy and try to go into that.
Now there are some things you can do if you want to go into a more corporate work or even work for a big company.First and foremost, you can submit some photos to these companies after gathering your portfolio. This will surely give them a good chance to view your fine work and see for themselves if they could use you. That is how I was able to do some work in my San Diego corporate photographer service. That is how you actually can break into that particular area as well.
Doing big events is perhaps the next area you might want to look into. There is always a lot of work to do for event photographers. The major way to try and break into this field is to go to a lot of big and grand events and photograph it. This will give you a portfolio you can submit to companies. This a key way I was able to do an event photography San Diego service.
As you can see, there are many different areas in photography. If you follow these steps, once you decide what field you want to go into, it will surely help you get a job in that area.

One of the funnest jobs or businesses you can actually have is a photography business.A lot of people made photography as their hobby and love it so much.So there are some people when they do photography are doing what they deeply love. But working in photography is so broad. There are many areas of photography you can specialize in.This article will discuss some couple of areas you can eventually focus and specialize in.
The first area is doing wedding photography for people. This is a huge one that never lacks in business.Undoubtedly, people are getting married all year long. Of course the summer months are most busy but you should have a lot of work if you go into this category. Part of my San Diego photographer business specializes in this area and it has been very profitable.
Businesses are the next area you can focus on and do a lot of work for.Absolutely, there are many businesses that need a photographer. They may need them for doing some marketing promotions.Or they might simply need them for just other stuffs. But there is no doubt there are many businesses in need of a photographer. I can vouch for that with all the business we receive as a San Diego corporate photographer service.
The next area where you can get a lot of work in is doing big events or promotions. This could be a fun and entirely rewarding part of a photography career. It is fun since you can definitely have a chance to photograph some of the biggest and funnest events. We have doing event photography San Diego.Plus there is absolutely no shortage of events that are being promoted that you can surely take pictures for.
So there if you are considering doing work as a photographer you have some areas of work. You can definitely choose to focus on just one and eventually become an expert in that field.Or you can surely do many different types of work and diversify.

The weather is one thing you can not control in a wedding event. You can plan everything else but no matter what you do weather is out of your hands. As a photographer, well, bad weather is something you can plan for. Obviously you hope you don’t have to deal with it.But you want to be ready for whatever weather may happen if you have been assigned a job to do the pictures. So here are some useful tips you can follow in case of bad weather in a wedding day.
First and foremost you need a backup plan. But no matter what you do you still need to prepare another option for those outdoor shots you planned to capture. As a wedding photographer San Diego I usually don’t have to worry about this. But there will be times when bad weather happens. The thing you can do is ensure that you have a backup location that is ready if the weather does get bad.You can plan the photographs you will take with a backup place identified.
Another thing you can do is plan to have more time for the wedding photos. What this gives you is the opportunity to cover or hide yourself when it is showering. You can hurriedly take photos when the rain lets up. I have had to do this several times as a San Diego photographer. It will work but it is not the best way to take photographs.
Finally you must have set up umbrellas.Sometimes the weather will not let up and umbrellas will let you take them anyway. In my San Diego portrait photographer business we already have umbrellas ready for many reasons. In reality taking photos with overcast skies look great in pictures. So it isn’t all bad.
So there are plenty of tips you can use to make the very best out of a bad weather in a wedding event. As mentioned you can’t control the weather but you can control your plans and still have great photos.

Some people want to get marital with all of the traditional things. They want the big white dress, the amazing church and wonderful party afterwards. I really do not know what it is but I always seem to be the odd one out, and when my partner proposed to me I did not want any of it. I basically just wanted to live out my dream and have a space themed wedding.
My story literally began when I was ten years old, I got really interested in space and that interest has forever stayed with me. I just find planets and life so fascinating. Well when I turned 25 my long term better half decided to make a allegiance to me, he was also a space oddball, so when I announced what I wanted for the wedding, he was dismayed but captivated.
The following few months saw me organising the whole event. I had to make so may phone calls and go and see so many people to get to where I wanted to be. I can tell you what, all of my efforts totally paid off. When I first step foot into the building I was blown away. All the lights were turned out and we had, what I could only depict as spotlights representing stars, there were then planets drifting around the room. In front of me all I could see was a space shuttle and that was where me and my married man were going to state our vows.
If you are reading this article then you are in most probability wondering what it was that I wore, well basically I made everyone dress up in astronauts costumes. It was a great day and thanks to the wedding photography it will be one that I always truly remember.
For great wedding photographs and a great sussex wedding photographer
